Breath Perception Workshops
- If you wish to attend a Breath Perception™ workshop please complete the Breathe 4 Well Being contact form. This is also a booking form.
- Telephone/email bookings for workshops are to be followed up by completion of a contact form.
- It is important to indicate any special requirements at the point of booking in order that your safety can be ensured within the workshop.
- Payment is to be made by cheque, sent at the time of booking.
- All bookings will be dependent on reaching the minimum numbers necessary to cover the costs of the event.
- Maximum numbers may apply.
- Telephone and email applications will be treated as provisional until payment has been received.
- One week before the workshop an email will be sent to all participants highlighting location, appropriate clothing and requirements for the day.
- There will be no refunds made but a substitute can attend.
- In the event of cancellation of an event by the organiser a refund will be sent to you immediately.
For individual appointments
- Payment for individual appointments is to be made by cash or cheque.
- If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment please give as much notice as possible, allowing time for re-distribution of appointment/cancellation of room.
- If you do not attend your appointment and do not give notice you will be liable for the full cost of the session.
- Where cancellations are made with less than 24 hours of notice you will be charged for the cost of the room. This will be discussed in your initial session.
- Some well being centres have a ‘no cancellations’ policy. This is rare and will be discussed, where relevant in your initial session. In such an event, where an appointment is cancelled with more than 24 hours of notice, the cost of cancelling the room will be split between the client and practitioner, with each incurring a fee of approximately £4.
Reiki Courses
- A non refundable deposit of £50 is payable at the point of booking. This may be transferred for attendance on another course in the instance that you are unable to attend the training.
- In the unlikely instance that a cancellation is made by the trainer, you will be given the options of an immediate refund of your deposit or the opportunity to attend a course on an alternative date.
Home visits / On-site appointments
- Home visits / on-site appointments are available in specific circumstances. Please get in touch to discuss this.
